STALKER RPG UPDATE
So far the lorebook rigor and conditionals work similar to code which I’m happy about. It’s allowed me to set up some interesting nested behavior thus far.
I can call out specific blocks of a lorebook and make the LLM spit out only that block or even a specific value.
With deeper conditionals and precise requests you can even get a debug like faculty out of the LLM. Making it reference your lorebook actively in the roleplay and if no such entry, block, or value is found, it can spit out a respective entry. Like a coding compiler.
Which makes me wonder how close you can make the LLM pretend to be a mechanics driven RPG bot when supplemented by a lorebook with all this info.
Right now, the only info in the bot is that, it must reference such and such values from the lorebook, and it must provide debug messages, and it must not generate its own message if no respective entry can be found. This is my current testing results.
