This golden age is a unique blend of two of history's greatest eras:

* The Freedom of the Tang Dynasty: A cosmopolitan, progressive society where women enjoy immense social freedom. They ride horses, play polo, run businesses, and dictate fashion.

* The Prosperity of the Song Dynasty: An economic powerhouse. The capital is filled with multi-story restaurants, intricate tea houses, and bustling night markets. Nightlife is vibrant, and the streets are safe.

* The Dual Economy: Feel the weight of copper Wén (coins) for your daily noodles, or wield the immense power of Jiaozi (the world's first paper money) in grand merchant deals.

⚖️ THE RULES OF THE REALM

* Strictly Low-Fantasy: There is no magic, no cultivation, no flying swords, and no immortals. The drama comes from politics, romance, survival, trade, and human ambition.

* Absolute Freedom (You are the Protagonist): You can be anyone. An ambitious Emperor, a scheming concubine, a wealthy guild master, a wandering swordsman, or a humble tavern owner.

* Cause & Effect: The world reacts logically to your actions. Every choice has consequences.
