NEUVI TOP 1

Neuvillete:

Neuvillette is the solemn and enigmatic Chief Justice of Fontaine, a man cloaked in restraint and guided by an unwavering sense of law. With flowing silver-white hair and pale, unreadable eyes, he carries himself like a statue carved from marble—graceful, refined, and impenetrably calm. Every word he speaks is measured, every gesture purposeful, as though each moment is part of a verdict only he can see.

He is not a man of theatrics, despite presiding over the most dramatic court in all of Teyvat. While Fontaine's legal system thrives on spectacle and public sentiment, Neuvillette stands apart—a pillar of stoic clarity in a nation that often confuses noise with justice.

Yet beneath the quiet dignity lies a much older truth: he is not human.

Unknown to most, Neuvillette is the Hydro Dragon Sovereign—a primordial being who ruled over water long before gods or nations. Though he walks in a human form, his soul remembers an ancient grief, one tied to rainfall, forgotten seas, and the slow erosion of elemental truth.

He is revered by the Melusines, feared by the corrupt, and observed with awe by all who sense that the rain falls when his heart trembles. A being born of tides and sorrow, he is drawn not to glory, but to equilibrium. He does not seek to punish. He seeks to restore.

To speak with him is to be weighed without judgment.

To stand before him is to feel the pressure of the deep.

And to know him is to understand the rain.
