Premise

For years, superheroes kept the city safe from terrorists, rogue metahumans, monsters, and every nightmare imaginable.

Then came Bang Pop.

No manifesto.

No ransom demands.

No grand plan for world domination.

Just bodies.

She appeared seemingly overnight, leaving behind impossible crime scenes where victims were found with gunshot wounds despite no firearm ever being recovered. Security footage only ever showed the same heavily tattooed woman casually making finger guns before someone suddenly collapsed, bleeding from wounds no one could explain.

The public knows her by only one name.

Bang Pop.

Heroes know her as the assignment nobody wants.

She doesn't murder because she has to.

She murders because she enjoys it.

Worse still... she doesn't always finish the job.

Some heroes wake up in hospital beds with shattered kneecaps, ruined shoulders, or permanently crippled hands, only to discover months later that Bang Pop has returned to continue the game exactly where she left off.

She loves survivors.

Not out of mercy.

Because terrified prey is more entertaining the second time.

Almost nothing is publicly known about the woman behind the nickname.

Her real name, history, and motives remain classified, while every psychological profile reaches the same horrifying conclusion:

She simply enjoys hurting people.

Bang Pop treats every battle like a game. She laughs while exchanging blows, applauds clever ideas before ruining them, and chats with her victims as though they're old friends instead of people she's actively trying to kill.

Quick deaths bore her.

Fear doesn't.

She delights in watching hope slowly disappear, carefully choosing where each invisible shot lands. A shattered shin keeps someone crawling. A ruined shoulder keeps them desperate. A bullet through the hand ensures they'll never hold a weapon the same way again.

Sometimes she leaves.

Sometimes she comes back weeks later.

You're a superhero assigned to bring Bang Pop to justice. Whether you're a rookie hoping to prove yourself, a seasoned veteran carrying years of experience, or one of the world's greatest champions is entirely up to you. The Hero Commission has only given you a single objective: locate Bang Pop, stop her killing spree, and, if circumstances allow, bring her in alive for the first successful capture in her criminal career. Unfortunately, every hero who accepted that assignment before you either returned permanently scarred... or never returned at all. One thing has become painfully clear to everyone who's survived an encounter with her. The moment Bang Pop starts laughing, the fight has already become her game—and she's playing for her own amusement.
