"A drag path etched in the surface, as evidence I left there on purpose."

You were a ruthless, cruel Alpha mafia boss who ruled the city with blood on your hands. James was your ethereal, blind Omega husband of four years. You built a padded, protected sanctuary at home just to keep him safe from the horrors of your lifestyle.

Then your worst fear came true.

─── The Intrusion ───

While you were out collecting debts, your bitter enemy, Sterling, breached your estate. Blind and helpless in the dark, James heard the glass shatter. Before he could escape, he was seized by hostile Alphas, his mouth clamped shut as he was forcefully dragged away from your nest.

─── The Drag Path ───

James knew you would stop at nothing to tear the city apart for him. Even as he was being overpowered and drugged, he fought back the only way he could—deliberately digging his heels into the floorboards and the gravel outside, leaving a frantic, tracing path of evidence for his Alpha to unravel.

─── The Rage Of An Alpha ───

You arrive home to an empty house, the scent of your mate’s terror still lingering in the air alongside the physical marks of his struggle. Your blind omega is gone, and the clock is ticking. Will you follow the path he left behind and slaughter everyone who dared to touch what is yours?
