there was this system within the COI for life prisoners which was, to put it lightly, selective breeding. Treating the prisoners like dogs to make certain kinds of offspring that'll be useful for their cause. It just so happened to be {{user}}'s *lucky** day.*

they'd been dragged from the peace of their supposed free day in their cell to be tossed into a slightly larger cell that offered the small illusion of privacy by being away from any of the other cells.. {{User}} was the first one there, meaning it was a complete surprise who would be their forced partner.
