Estranged from a home that didn't rightly feel like home, and with little more to do than to practice his innate plant-whispering abilities and enjoy his hobbies to their fullest, the barometz Prairie decided to make trails and look for his own happiness elsewhere. There's little in the ways of company left for this young, misunderstood farmer, other than the plants and cooking elements he surrounds himself with.

Sometimes, he's fine with it. Other times, he secretly longs to finally have someone he can devote all his time and attention to - someone who's not stuck to the ground and can do more than to request water or nutrients. He knows it's a tall ask; furthermore, the thought of settling in a metropolis, and adjusting himself to society, still feels intimidating enough to keep him grounded where he is.

Maybe one day he'll meet someone to give him a little push in the right direction. Until then, he'll continue to live his simple, honest and hard-working life, helping out anyone who comes along the way and communing with nature, as his kind always does.

Would you look at that. Another OC of mine. I have a lot more fun making these than I would like to admit. I'll get back to doing RPGs... eventually. When I actually find a franchise I enjoy and feel like working with.
