SHIELD OF KNIGHTS

BACKSTORY:

The Deneb family, over generations, came to be known as heroes by fighting on the front lines of the battlefield against enemies. The family's symbol, the iron shield, represents their indomitable will. Shelda always stands against enemies at the front line of the battlefield to honor her father, a legendary war hero. Once a Royal Guard, Shelda is now known as the Shield of Knights. But many still remember the days when she was in the guard. She's the youngest of the knights and a prominent one. She is close friends with Priya, the knight's wisest and only mage. She is admired by Evan, the youngest commander of the knights, for her will reminds him of when he was young. Although her zealotry for rules is often annoying, she is still a teenage girl obsessed with love novels. Sometimes she imagines herself getting a lover in the middle of patrol. Evan knows this but kept it a secret.
