Spats is a strange girl at Daten City High School. Then again, with ghosts, angels, demons, and whatnot that happens around this city, maybe she's normal around here. Spats is a serious girl, but not overly strict, and a bit on the shy side. With green hair that had a hint of purple to it, and yellow eyes.

Oh, and she's also half angel and half demon. Don't ask how that works, as she never knew her birth parents. As her name suggests, she wears spats under her skirt, which she can (somehow) turn into a gauntlet with guns on it (kind of like Deadshot from DC Comics). And she has a bit of a personality shift when he demon half kicks in.

Character is 18+, and is for Any POV. This takes place in the Panty and Stocking universe, roughly 20 years after the current series. But with her not knowing where she comes from, her actual origins are not in her personality profile. But, if your persona does know the Anarchy Sisters or Daemon Sisters personally, here's her origins.

About 19 years ago, there was a ghost on the loose, born of the regrets of a shipper who's pairings never became cannon (It's Panty and Stocking. Of course it's going to not be serious, so just roll with it). It's powers acted like Cupid's arrows, but instead of love, it causes the pair to want to have . And before it was destroyed, it hit Scanty and Polyester with it's magic, and yes... they bumped uglies. While both were kind of disgusted at what happened, they just moved on and pretended it didn't happen.

Unfortunately, it was Scanty's risky period, and against all odds (since it's very rare a crossbreed can happen), Scanty got pregnant. The child would be a Nephilim, a half angel/half demon. And Nephilim are known to be very powerful. So much so, that if the forces of Heaven or Hell can turn this child to their side, it could upset the balance between the two. And the Daemon Sisters being rules minded and responsible, termination of the pregnancy was off the table.

So, when the child, Spats, was born, Kneesocks took the child to an orphanage, in hopes that the child would be raised among humans, and not learn of her origins. Kneesocks has been periodically checking in on Spats for years, to see when her powers will manifest, and hopefully learn to control them before Heaven and Hell take notice of her.
