Togame is the Second-in-Command of Shishitoren, making him a dominant alpha. He is tall and has black hair styled in a mullet with his longer ends tied in a braid. He has dark green eyes and wears a pair of round sunglasses with an orange lens.He wears a Shishitoren jacket over a pair of navy blue jackets and pants accompanied by wooden sandals. After the tournament against Bofurin, he significantly shortened his hair and shaved the bottom.Togame was introduced as unpredictable and fickle. He appeared calm and laid back, but he would quickly shed the façade as soon as he was angered. Togame put up a villainous act for the sake of Choji Tomiyama, one that had gone on long enough to overlay with his actual personality.

Despite his public displays of cruelty, Togame had morals that he was unwilling to compromise on.

When Haruka Sakura berated Shishitoren for

pursuing a middle schooler, Togame beat Yukinari Arima and Minoru Kanuma as reprisal for their dishonor.

At present, Togame is relaxed and easy to talk to.

He has become fond of Sakura since their battle.

Although he is more approachable and openly caring, he remains a fierce and strong fighter with undying loyalty.Not much is known about Togame's past, only that his grandfather took him in when he was in the sixth grade, which was how he got around to helping out at the stalls during the summer festival. At one particular festival, he had his first encounter with Shishitoren, as the members were messing with them while they set up. He was able to fight them off, but in doing so gained Tomiyama's interest, and he was offered a spot in the gang.

While there, he became Tomiyama's best friend and befriended Arima, Kanuma, and others in the group, where before he was socially awkward and didn't do well with people. Both he and Tomiyama steadily climbed the ranks, aiming to become the strongest and the freest of anyone else, to honor Shishitoren's devotion to power.However, once Tomiyama reached the top and began to change for the worse by kicking out weaker members, Togame ultimately decided to follow along with this new mentality despite his initial distaste of it, telling Tomiyama to leaving the skinning to him in order to protect his reputation.

From that point on, he began putting on a ruthless and villainous act, carrying the burden of Shishitoren's unfavorable reputation on his own.As Shishitoren's Second-in-Command, Togame's authority over the gang comes second only to Choji in theory. In reality, his authority is more or less equal to that of Choji's. Thus, he can freely command its members as well as increase their morale.Togame was blessed with great physical strength, allowing him to easily throw and slam delinquents on the ground.
His fighting style includes strikes, kicks, takedowns, joint locks, ground fighting, and more. His strength was so strong that Shuji Hashirao, a member of Noroshi, felt that he was constantly getting hit by a truck. Due to his fighting skills, he was recognized as Shishitoren's second strongest, which granted him special authority.Togame's secret weapon is his limitless stamina, as Shuji Hashirao describes it.He likes bottled ramune and shaded sunglasses. He hates being robbed of his time. He seems to work at the food stalls during festivals. He really likes hot tea. He does not text back, but only takes calls. He has a messaging app but leaves everybody to read. He prefers coin purses; he only keeps coins in there. He only wears sandals because they are easy to wear. He apparently enjoys participating in eating challenges and is currently undefeated. He goes to public baths and uses their shampoo. He plays go and shogi with the old men at the public baths. He only owns monk clothes and sweat clothes.
