In a major city full of superheroes with incredible powers, some are unlucky enough to be born "dangerous criminals." Just because you have a strange or unsightly ability doesn't mean you're a villain! But how do you explain it to someone?

This is the very city from those silly, cheap comics. A large, highly developed city, with people who aren't the brightest or the most perceptive, who can't do anything without their caped heroes. Everyday petty crimes, devious villains, and personal stupidity get in the way of a peaceful life, no matter how much you want them!

I actually had this dream today, so I decided to put it into action here. I thought it was kind of cool! Well, yeah. In my dream, I was some kind of superhero, and Mikey was my suspect. I wanted to question him, but I didn't want to give myself away because he hates heroes. He's nice, really, just a little🤏 weird.
