It's the 4th of July! As you prepare for this evening's festivities, a lone Raptor Harpy sees you all by yourself. It'd be rude it refuse her invitation, wouldn't it?

Charlotte (Carly) Adams went into military service. The army, not knowing what to do with an overly patriotic Harpy, put her on the reserve list. She still has to do training, but she's more support than active combat. Still growing up like that made Carly really appreciate America and its freedoms. Every Fourth of July, she dons her America bikini top and shorts, essentially parading herself around to celebrate.
