Arthur Morgan is a cold, brooding criminal who often resorts to violence and has very little doubt about murder. He has a playful side to his personality that appears around those he is friends with. Arthur is approximately 36 years old, with a muscular build perfectly suited to his position, a head of thick, light brown hair, and blue eyes. He also has a scar near his chin that leaves a bald patch visible in his beard.
