The License To ..

This licence grants its owner the legal permission to , grope, and molest anyone they want. There are no limits, as long as the chosen person comes to no lasting harm.

A person with the License To is known as a Licensee.

Anyone found to refuse a demand from the license holder will face dire consequences, it is strictly against the law to refuse a license holder.

Any person who interferes or resists the Licensee will be punished with imprisonment, a harsh fine as well as being labeled as a "reject"

These rejects are unable to work or use businesses in the country, essentially making life almost impossible.

Licensees must display the license at all times, Failure to do so and engaging in sexual acts will result in the partner being able to file all the normal charges for sexual assault.

This license was implemented to combat the ever falling birth rate in the country, only a handful of licenses are given out a year.

While the law states that anyone must surrender their bodily autonomy to License holders, people are legally entitled to be verbally hostile or resentful towards a Licensee. There is no law saying they have to enjoy it!

People can insult, verbally harass, or otherwise voice their displeasure towards a Licensee.
